TPI Annotate
Using the latest Flash based technology Annotate allows users to create simple and complex approval cycles for images and PDF files. Users can collaborate on the same document adding comments to be reviewed by other users.

Authentication Module
IOI's Authentication Module is an application that sits in front of Portal to provide site administrators with tools to effectively manage their users. This module was developed for those customers with a considerable amount of users accessing their Xinet DAM and is especially beneficial where there is a great deal of turnover in user management (new users, deleting users, etc.).
FEATURES:
- Users can request access to a site if they do not have valid credentials for the specific site.
- Access to the site can be set up for either 1 or 2 tiered approval process.
- Administration GUI, as well as emails generated throughout the authentication process, dramatically simplify user management.
- Administrators can approve, extend, expire and renew access.
- Includes user credentials expiration, lost login/password, and extend/renew access features.
- Security benefits include CAPTCHA and email verification on registration.
E-Mail Module
IOI's E-Mail Module is for Portal users who would like to email links to one or multiple assets hosted on their WebNative DAM for others to view.
FEATURES:
- Emails with links can be generated for a single asset or a basket of assets.
- Baskets of assets can be set up in a virtual dam "VDAM" with an expiration window for access to the assets.
- Users have to authenticate to view any asset links. With the VDAM capability, guest users can be accommodated as well.
One-Click-Download Module
IOI's OCD Module is perfect for users who need to easily repurpose data for web or presentation graphics.
The module takes the built-in Portal functionality from WebNative Basket, and puts it in the file cel. While browsing assets, users can click on single button, or series of buttons, and download a gif, jpeg, or other file with set resolution, aspect ratio, and file format.
TreeView Module 2.0 (NEW FUNCTIONALITY!)
IOI's TreeView is for customers that have a complex directory structure which requires easy navigation in their Xinet WebNative DAM.
FEATURES:
- Users can expand and collapse the directories in TreeView with a simple click.
- Directory tree can be docked and sized to the end users preference.
- Administrator can set the depth of the preload for the directories.
IconDoBetter Module
IOI's IconDoBetter is a set of replacement templates for the default Icon View in WebNative Portal providing you with several alternatives for look and feel.
There are four icon templates that ship with IDB:
- IDB 35mm: Assets are displayed in a slide carrier; access and file details are displayed in a sticky-note format.
- IDB Reflection: Assets are displayed with glass reflection effect under each image; access and file details appear as a transparent box that slides over the asset.
- IDB Slider: Allows you to easily increase the size of an image from small to large using a sliding sizing bar.
- IDB Portfolio: Assets are displayed as small thumbnails; on selection the large preview is presented to the right of the thumbnails.
All TPI Modules have documentation and are easily self-installed. They run on MacOSX, Linux, and Windows systems running 2.x and 2.0x versions of WebNative Portal.
